• No Refunds or exchanges unless item/s were incorrectly sent or missing from your order. This must be reported to us within 24 hours of order being delivered. We do not ship replacements. All sales are final. (All packages are thoroughly inspected to the highest level of satisfaction, leaving no room for error.)
• We do not cancel or edit orders once they are placed. Please be sure that the item is what you want before placing the order and read through the FAQ's before placing any orders. 
• Not in stock!!! No worries… Please be patient and allow additional time for back orders. You will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
•  We like to build a relationship with our customers. 
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once the package has been delivered. USPS  should be contacted if any packages are lost or stolen.
• We accept PayPal and the following credit cards through PayPal: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. For local orders we accept Cash App and offer free pick up. We offer free deliveries anywhere in Jersey City, and a $5 delivery fee to the surrounding cities such as Bayonne, Newark, Hoboken, Secaucus, and Harrison ONLY. 
• IS MY PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFO SECURE ON YOUR SITE? Yes, all payments accepted on this site are processed by PayPal, and as such, your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
• You must register to our mailing list to receive discounts and special promotions. Upon adding products to the cart, you can enter the discount code that you received via email. 
• Regular order processing time is 2-9 business days, not including weekends or holidays. 
• ​​​​You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped which will include the tracking number for your package.
•  PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL BEFORE THE PROCESSING DAYS ARE OVER ASKING FOR AN UPDATE.
